City of Solomon Awarded $14,000 grant from Blue Cross Blue Shield of Kansas

The City of Solomon has been awarded $14,000 from Blue Cross Blue
Shield of Kansas’ community grant initiative, “Pathways to a Healthy
Kansas". This support will enable us to make enhancements at our City
Park, fostering active living for community members of all ages.
The grant funds will be used to upgrade our volleyball posts, ensuring
that our sand volleyball court will be playable for years to come.
Additionally, a new pickleball court will be added to our park!
Pickleball combines elements of tennis, badminton, and ping-pong, and
it's perfect for players of all ages!
