2025 Firework Regulations: Sales and Discharge Guidelines for Solomon, Kansas

As we gear up for Independence Day, the City of Solomon reminds residents and visitors of the 2025 firework regulations outlined in Ordinance No. 773.
Discharge of Fireworks

Fireworks may be discharged July 1–5, 2025, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m.
Because July 4th falls on a Friday this year, discharge is also allowed on Saturday, July 5th. -
A permit is required for any public firework displays.
Sale of Fireworks
-
Fireworks may be sold June 27–July 5, 2025, between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 midnight.
Sales are also permitted on July 5th, 2025, due to the Friday holiday.
